Please note:

– We do NOT pick-up and set-down on the elevated roadway at Melbourne Airport.

– We can only wait at the Groups and Charters zone for a maximum of 10 minutes.

We will endeavour to pick up and set down to the closest entry point to the premises.  

No.  Intertour provides a direct service.

No.  All prices are one way as the return service is subject to availability.

We accept cash or bank transfer on the day of travel and it is paid directly to the driver. Where available we utilise the PayPal secure payment system. Please note surcharges may apply to Credit Cards.

Our tickets are Tax Invoices and are provided on the confirmation of booking and on the date of travel.

Yes.  It is recommended you book directly with Intertour as soon as you know your details.  You may also book directly with the driver on the day however it is subject to availability.

Failure to travel will result in your booking being forfeited.  No refund or transfer will be allowed. 

If your airline has been unable to maintain their schedule and you are late please contact Intertour immediately.  After an assessment of the circumstances your booking may be valid for the next available service.

Please note:  We do not provide any emergency accommodation or assistance if you fail to travel.

Yes. We are an Accredited Operator (AO) under the governance Safe Transport Victoria and all drivers are authorised with a Driver Accreditation issued by Commercial Passengers Vehicles Victoria.

Intertour Australia strictly complies with the Bus Safety Act 2009 Victoria and Bus Safety Regulations 2010 Victoria.

All vehicles are authorised with permits to operate exclusively at Melbourne Airport.

A reasonable standard of clean clothing and footwear is required.

No food or drink is allowed on-board unless required for health reasons. Screw top bottled water is allowed to be consumed.

Meal and refreshments are not provided by Intertour, although stopovers en-route may be provided on group charters.
